Mira Flores

So I sit here in Peru, Mira Flores typing on my blog on my brand new Laptop, who would have thunk it, I love this. So now folks you will have Niall's voice to hear from wherever I go, you thought you got a break SORRY I have founf Niall's voice I am talking, and now there is no stopping me, I have nothing much to say right now, I put no sun screen on, so I will probably be suffering later, that is OK. I am still amazed at the little kitten trying to feed off the dog, if we would all be so adaptable and willing to work together.

WELL NOW IVE SEEN EVERYTHING

So here I am in Lima Peru and it is 85 and sunny, can you say beautiful for january. I just saw the best thing, a few week old kitten nursing from a dog, I got great pictures, it was just the idea of one living thing taking care of another, no matter who or what they are, I and a lot of people can learn from this, Democrat, Republican, Independent, we all need to take care of each other no matter how different we are, I mean it was a kitten and grown dog, beautiful ! Spanish Voice !

Ola !! So, it is New Year's and on a personal level 2008 was GREAT, and I expect better for 2009. I only wish good fortune had been given to everyone, I am sorry it wasn't, that things are such a mess in so many areas. I have HOPE for 2009, and I believe in God also.
Now my title Spanish Voice, well Niall is on his way to South America, Peru, and I am going to try my voice from there, I think I will try Spanish, but since I know about 10 words, or 3, unless Rafael is sitting right by me, it will just be me and me NEW laptop, yes I said new, and English will probably come through first. Either way, I am starting my new year with a trip to some warm weather, I can't wait. Have a Happy and Healthy one everyone.............

Feeling Better !!

So now I am not as angry with Barrack Obama, I am still not happy with his choice of Warren, but I do think people are taking notice of the voice we have, and the power it carries, and that we are not going to be quiet and so accepting of unacceptable behavior. Rick Warren's Web Page was miraculously changed, now that is good, I am choosing too not make a million excuses for why, it is not as offensive to me as it was, so that is good. We all have to take steps no matter how big or small. God knows I didn't accept myself for a long time. So prayer is powerful, no matter who prays, maybe this is a start. Again, I know one thing, I do not know a lot. That is good.

Pres-elect Obama, so is everyone in your future Administration either Anti-Gay & Gay marriage, or spineless to not say anything, or so insensitive to a group of Americans that worked so hard to get him elected, or just plain evil. They (you) took all our dollars and votes, so now to the underside of the bus we go, you don't need us for 4 years. WRONG !! As Bill Clinton learned we can change things and make your administration useless. Melissa Ethridge reminded Hillary how her husband and administration broke our hearts,

Caroline Kennedy - Senator

Caroline Kennedy? Not so sure yet. She wants to be a United States Senator.
Not to be outdone by the other Dem dynasty, Caroline Kennedy managed to seem a believable choice for Hillary Clinton's Senate seat. "I come at this as a mother, as a lawyer, as an author as an education advocate and from a family that really has spent generations in public service," she said. Rehearsed? Seemed so. She said no one could afford to sit out this time in history, and that she would "love to take the skills and the relationships I have to Washington."
What are those skills? Not sure. The Daily Beast has a good list of other under-qualified yet successful Senators. They are Bill Bradley (basketball), Ted Kennedy (bootlegger money), James Buckley (trust funder), Bill Frist (doctor), Orrin Hatch (white-shingle lawyer), John Edwards (trial lawyer), Herb Kohl (sports franchise dude), Jon Corzine (Goldman Sachs), Robert Bennett (religion), and Hillary Clinton (first lady).
